This workshop extensively describes any aspect related to telematic interaction such as network music performances. The author will explain the respective signal stages with special respect to quality and latency issues. Since the final signal latency finally depends on the physical distance and the actual network conditions, a number of artistic approaches will be introduced and evaluated in real network music performances with musicians in different places.
