5 Ordering and Pricing
You can place an order with us via our online checkout process. Our prices do not include VAT as we are not registered for VAT. We charge separately for packaging, shipping and insurance and other relevant charges. The appropriate rates are set out in our pricing structure. Please note that orders shipped from Norway to other countries may be subject to customs.

We may refuse to accept an order when/if:

goods are not available;
we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
there has been a pricing or product description error.
6 Order Cancellation and Return Policy
If you purchase goods or services at our website you can cancel your order with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Notification in person, via email, phone and/or fax or any other means will be accepted. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, the return policy regulations below apply.

Festival tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable without exceptions.

Products that are opened are non-returnable and non-refundable without exceptions. You can, however, return unopened products or unused service subscriptions you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within the first 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please return products to the following address: Art.on.Wires Society, Schwensens Gate 4, N-0170 Oslo, Norway. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

7 Refunds
For timely returned unopened products or unused service subscriptions we refund the original product or service price (without shipping costs). Since we do not store credit-card information, we require a bank account, or an online payment account to refund.

8 Product and Service Unavailability
In case a product you have ordered and already payed for becomes unavailable when we process your order, or a service you have payed for is terminated by us or is unavailable at the agreed-upon time, we refund the original product or service price. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that occured directly or indirectly from unavailability of orders and services.

9 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Norwegian law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
